Summary The senior communications specialist will focus on content publishing and metrics, working closely with the Audience Engagement team to efficiently deliver high-quality content to our internal audiences via news and email platforms. Strong technical skills including experience with intranet publishing and email campaign creation are preferred. The senior communications specialist will also support daily proofing and publishing needs and will help synthesize data and develop analysis regarding content performance across enterprise-wide channels. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Publishes news articles on company intranet sites (Optimizely CMS) Programs and reviews daily email newsletter to financial advisors Programs and reviews high-priority emails from company leadership to internal audiences Pulls metrics from various data sources and compiles ongoing averages and benchmarks Develops data analysis based on audience insights and behaviors; discusses findings with communications partners Develops a deep understanding of systems, audience segments, and channel metrics Proofreads content for style and accuracy Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3 or more years of experience in professional communication, public relations, organizational communication, marketing or related communication field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience and proficiency using various publishing tools to produce high-quality web and email content. Ability to absorb information and convert to an understandable format. Ability to build rapport, negotiate with and gain acceptance at all levels. Ability to solve problems and analyze possible solutions to make business decisions.
