As the Senior Graphic Designer for Native, you can expect to be involved in the following areas: Visual Identity Development and Management:

You will play a big part in developing and implementing brand visual identity guidelines, ensuring consistency with brand values. You'll do that by defining and maintaining brand design elements, including color palette, typography, logo usage, and imagery guidelines. A big part of success will rely on collaboration with cross-functional teams to incorporate visual identity into various marketing and communication materials. Packaging Design and Development:

Our Senior Design Managers lead the design process for packaging, from concept development to final execution by working closely with the product development team and staying in line with consumer needs. You will use consumer & market research and competitor analysis to identify packaging trends and consumer preferences. Digital Asset Creation:

You will collaborate with the marketing team to build visually compelling digital assets for various channels, including social media, website, and online advertising. You'll take part in ensuring digital assets communicate brand messages and resonate with the target audience. You should also stay updated with digital design trends and standard processes to build innovative and engaging digital experiences. In-Store Display and Point-of-Sale Materials:

You will develop and implement in-store display and point-of-sale materials that improve the brand's presence and drive consumer engagement by collaborating with retail partners and agencies to build impactful in-store experiences. Making sure in-store displays and materials communicate key messages and product benefits is an important part of our roles. Store visits and audits will help to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the displays. Team Management and Collaboration:

Be prepared to lead and develop a team of designers/contractors, providing mentorship, feedback, and support. You will cultivate a creative work environment, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and sharing of ideas. You'll also work with external creative agencies and design partners, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and project timelines. You'll collaborate across marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure design efforts support overall brand strategy and goals. Job Qualifications: Required Qualifications: BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field. 5-8 years of full-time design work experience (outside of freelance work). A portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in graphic design and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving, and technical capability. Experience in package design and understanding of basic print feasibility. Must have a passion for beauty, with an understanding of category trends and the competitive landscape. A keen eye and attention to detail is critical to win in the beauty category. Focused with outstanding time and project management skills; possess ability to set goals and be accountable. Preferred Qualifications: Uses empathy and non-linear thinking: Can see the consumer as a person and conceptualize solutions with the consumer in mind. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to rationalize your conceptual and directional design choices with multi-functional partners. Can give and receive feedback. Flexible in an environment of constant change. Able to engage and influence across functional partners. Expertise in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Compensation:
