Branding online and offline Expanded brand from one geography to another Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategy and planning, aligned with Winston Flowers’ objectives Define and articulate Winston Flowers brand identity, value proposition, and messaging framework, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints Establish deep knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to identify potential opportunities Create and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROI Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Sales, and Finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to extend our reach, enhance our offerings, and drive customer acquisition and retention Lead the marketing team in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media Develop and manage marketing budget across all marketing channels to meet brand engagement objectives and drive commercial performance Develop, coach and create successful teams and talent that foster a productive, inspirational and creative environment for the entire department Candidate Attributes
10+ years of experience in brand and marketing strategy with a proven track record in driving customer demand and revenue growth, ideally in luxury design, retail or hospitality industry Bachelor's degree is required Professional or personal experience in floriculture, horticulture, and/or design is preferred but not required Profound expertise in Salesforce and use of marketing analytics in determining strategy and marketing programs Innovative and visionary; can rally diverse stakeholders around a common vision Strategic thinker and excellent team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate across the organization Planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to details Strong problem-solving skills Quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to link numbers to recommendations and results Requirements
Flexible work schedule required including weekend and holiday availability Peak business periods may require extended work days and work weeks Some travel may be required.
