The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will play a critical role in engaging customers to drive retention and increase lifetime value. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, this individual will develop and execute a customer lifecycle plan that creates awareness, drives adoption, and promotes product/service retention. Turn campaign briefs into high-quality marketing collateral. Assist in building out the forthcoming newsletter project. Identify opportunities for enhancing the in-app experience through cataloging and managing relevant experiences. Utilize customer engagement platforms (ideally Marketo) to execute multichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging). Analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improving campaign performance. Communicate complex ideas effectively through exceptional written communication skills. Report on campaign performance regularly. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
