About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our Brand team in San Francisco. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our brand identity and delivering compelling visual experiences across various mediums, including digital, print, and motion design.

This role is based in our San Francisco office,

where you will work closely with your product management and engineering colleagues

on-site 3 days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

to ensure the close alignment necessary for the highly innovative nature of your work. You will also collaborate with several other globally located product teams and have the opportunity to travel to Prague and other European destinations.

What You'll Do:

Create visually stunning graphics, layouts, and many other design assets for various campaigns.

Design and produce engaging animations and motion graphics that enhance storytelling and brand communication.

Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geo teams to develop world-class designs that inform and align with our brand strategy.

Conduct research and stay updated on design trends, ensuring our visual identity remains fresh and relevant.

Present design concepts to stakeholders, articulating your vision and rationale effectively.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines and SLAs to ensure consistency across all touch points.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

About you

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in visual design and motion graphics, preferably in a product’s brand team or creative agency setting.

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including motion design and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Figma).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, impactful designs.

Experience in leading design projects and collaborating with diverse teams.

Salary range: $128,000 - $170,000. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only. Multiple factors, such as your location, experience, depth of knowledge, as well as internal equity, may be considered in extending an offer.
