The VP, Product Marketing (PM) is an executive role that directs and oversees the operations of Product Marketing teams within one of our business segments. The VP of Product Marketing will lead and develop a team of talented product marketers that span our programs portfolio. This professional will lead marketing planning and initiatives and is accountable for achieving student enrollment and portfolio growth goals for Risepoint partners.

The VP, Product Marketing drives partner marketing strategies and execution, including strategic program and marketing planning, customer segment and needs assessment, and marketing plans for student acquisition, activation, and retention. The VP, Product Marketing understands the market, programs, and the competitive landscape in which each partner operates, and drives compelling program discoveries with the partner, in support of new program and new partner launches. This individual works cross-functionally to define and drive to a set of organizational KPI's which cover all key student enrollment metrics and partner revenue goals.

This role reports to the SVP, Product Marketing. Key Responsibilities Own goal setting, marketing strategy, and marketing execution for the university partners within the Established segment. Create partner marketing strategic plans and annual plans for existing and new partners. Monitor progress against goals and develop plans to deliver against goals. Partner with the Partner Management, Channels and Cross Functional teams to develop and meet the aligned-to forecast: support the management of partner expectations, understand performance drivers, drive for execution of marketing plans across teams Lead a team of product marketing professionals. Support the team in setting clear goals and key results. Ensure that those are communicated and visible across the company and progress is shared regularly. Develop product and marketing metrics and systematic approaches for obtaining comprehensive student, market, and competitive analyses that support strategic decisions, Leverage market and student insights to optimize positioning, messaging, marketing programs and creative execution. Drive the development of core marketing creative to support partner goals. Support our partner management organizations (business development and partner success) by providing new business estimates, sales support materials, and marketing updates. Standardize processes, ways of working and product marketing templates to drive scale, consistency and best in class quality of all Product Marketing deliverables and plan. Qualifications 20+ years of proven management success in brand management, product management or account management 10+ years setting and owning business goals and developing marketing and business strategies to deliver against goals 5+ years serving in a senior leadership role managing organizations of 15-20+ marketers Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Higher education experience preferred. A demonstrated record of partnering with teams cross the organization and creating aligned plans to achieve business results for the broader organization. Proven ability to create strongly differentiated product and solutions positioning and messaging. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Demonstrated experience building credibility with and delivering results for sales teams and customers. Highly effective and compassionate people leader who articulates a clear, shared vision and inspires others to achieve it. Ability to play an active role on a leadership team; must be able to discuss, negotiate and align with other senior leaders. Must be eligible to work in US.
