PROJECT MANAGER - COMMUNICATIONS

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Description:
Assist as needed with the following responsibilities:
Weekly reports for maintenance jobs completed for Customers
Communicate on conference calls and with reports on project status and plans to the customer
Timely submission of quotes for Generator repairs
Review jobs and make sure they are in correct status for billing and update customer databases
Work with Managers to review and resolve any billing questions
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and personnel
Work's independently with minimum or no supervision
Manages field force to comply with all specifications, industry standards, safety rules, regulations, and company policies and procedures
Verify materials are being captured correctly and at the correct amount being billed
Routing & scheduling technicians for efficiency and customer expectations
Assist in monthly budget forecasts and keep project inline
Understand and accept this position requires response outside of normal working hours.
QUALIFICATIONS And REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of administrative support working experience (Preferred)
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) & Google Sheets
Computer and Technology-savvy; Able to learn new programs and apps with ease
Able to manage multiple priorities/projects at once.
Able to quickly learn and work with new technologies/software programs.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Experience managing technicians (or direct reports)
