The EXPERIENTIAL CREATIVE DIRECTOR, MARKETING at AGENC is an arbiter of all things creative in the New Business Department. You own and consistently improve the quality, ambition, and presentation of our pitches and work tirelessly with cross functional teams to conceive high performance creative that wins business for the agency and champions the goals of our clients.
In this role, you will lead creative teams and collaborate with producers and account leads in crafting compelling responses to RFPS (Requests for Proposals).
As the driving force behind our pitches, you will develop and oversee the creation of innovative concepts, pitch decks, and visuals that bring our ideas to life and inspire clients.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in creative direction with a deep understanding of experiential marketing and a strong background in copywriting or art direction (agency or client-side).
You are a highly strategic thinker with a proven track record for leading efforts to execute across 360 experiential marketing campaigns, OOH, retail, packaging and social media.
Responsibilities:
RFP Development and New Business Pitches:
Lead the creative development process, including brainstorming, concept ideation and the RFP process. Help develop and inform creative briefs that provide strategic insights and data-driven results to inspire creative concepts and ideas. Craft visually stunning and persuasive pitch decks that clearly communicate creative concepts, campaign ideas, and execution strategies. Present pitch work to clients, showcasing innovative and compelling ideas tailored to their goals.
Creative Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of creatives. Set creative direction and ensure all work aligns with the client’s brand identity and objectives. Manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Design and Visuals:
Develop and review high quality visuals, renders, mockups and storyboards to bring creative ideas to life. Oversee the design and branding of all pitch materials, ensuring a polished and cohesive presentation. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and innovative marketing ideas to integrate fresh ideas into pitch work
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience delivering creative work on projects across a variety of touchpoints; preferably with experience in Events and Entertainment. Experience in a multitude of creative disciplines, including 360 experiential marketing campaigns, OOH, retail, packaging and social media. Experience responding to briefs creatively, presenting ideas and concepts to stakeholders, collaborating and iterating based on feedback from cross-functional partners. Experience leading and managing both in-house and external teams in creative strategy, execution, and production. Experience decision-making based on data and business results. Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners. Expert Problem-Solver and demonstrated ability driving innovation. Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in multitasking. Experience in a fast-paced, iterative, and independent environment. Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships. Familiarity with industry vendor partners, production techniques and fabrication as it pertains to budgeting and execution feasibility is a plus.
