JOB SUMMARY The Senior Creative Studio Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality, user-centric designs across various digital platforms. This role is critical for advancing the organization's brand and enhancing user experience by producing responsive designs optimized for multiple devices. The Senior Creative Studio Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and continuously improve digital products while providing mentorship to junior designers. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with stakeholders, guest research teams, and product delivery teams to gather requirements and design solutions that fulfill business and user needs. Create responsive designs, including storyboards, wireframes, user flows, and design comps, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms. Develop and maintain reusable design components and assets, adhering to team design practices, pattern libraries, and style guides. Lead design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions to explore new opportunities and sketch experience options. Enforce accessibility standards and best practices in UI/UX design across all projects. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and team practices. Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and grow within the team. Utilize JIRA or similar tools for organizing work, providing transparency, and reporting status with minimal effort. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to turn designs into functional digital products and balance value vs. effort. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of prototypes Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:

In Marketing, UX or related field of study.

EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 to 5 years of UX design experience, including user interface design, responsive mobile design, and user experience design. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams such as developers and product managers. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs on time.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS Advanced proficiency with front-end design application Figma. A design portfolio that showcases your visual design skills and process. Expertise in creating and maintaining wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and UI flowcharts. Familiarity with data-driven design and human-centered design principles. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to excellent customer service. Ability to lead, motivate, and influence team members, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES UX Certification from a recognized industry organization such as NNG UX Courses with a focus on AI from a recognized industry organization such as IDF
