Job Summary We seek to hire a Lead Technician and a minimally experienced Technician. The candidates must have a minimum of 5+ solid years of hands-on working experience with AV equipment to include LED video walls, projection, sound systems, stage lighting, video switching, signal distribution, video cameras, etc. Position is responsible for the overall execution of duties, timely set-ups, operation, and timely dismantling of all events. Included are timely response to all customer requirements, personnel/team management, maintenance of audio visual equipment and working knowledge of equipment utilization in the best interest of the client. Requires great customer service, heavy lifting and a valid driver’s license. Essential Duties 1. Effectively manages and performs the client set-up, execution of the event and dismantling. 2. Ensures complete client and venue satisfaction with all set-ups, operation and dismantles. 3. Performs as a lead worker and supervises audio visual personnel/team. Assists with coordinating schedules, rental agreements, client requirements and labor. Delegate tasks effectively as required. 4. Quality Control in/out, provides appropriate equipment maintenance and coordinates necessary repairs. 5. Organizes and maintains the warehouse focusing on proper storage, cleanliness and safe conditions. 7. Maintains all delivery vehicles. 6. Greet client before event and provide clear hands-on instructions on how to operate the equipment. 7. Anticipates working conditions and requirements at the venue. Follows through with all client requests. Job Specifications and Requirements 1.

Strong technical aptitude. Experience with projectors, sound systems, stage lighting, video switching, signal distribution, video cameras, recordings, rigging, PC/Mac laptops, Office software and more. 2.

Planning ability; able to plan ahead and prioritize. 3.

Demonstrated leadership ability; able to achieve desired results with and through others. 4.

Computer proficiency. 10. Operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid Texas driver’s license. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Must have the ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time; exhibit manual dexterity to set-up, operate and dismantle equipment; see and read printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; physical agility to lift 95 pounds; to bend, stoop and reach overhead with use of correct and safe methods.
