Warehouse Technicians are crucial team members and who have great attitudes towards peers and clients, are great problem solvers, and have great attention to detail. Candidate must be willing to work with multiple crews and tight timelines.
Responsibilities: Outgoing shows Read and understand Intellievent orders, pull sheets, diagrams, and show sheets Pull all equipment efficiently and correctly Make suggestions to Project Managers when reviewing pull sheets, as necessary Organize and stage equipment with proper labeling Stage sub-rentals with correct orders Load vehicles as needed
Incoming shows Unload vehicles as needed QC all equipment that comes back to the warehouse Inform the Warehouse Manager, Technical Director, and Repair Technician of all equipment that comes back needing repair Restock all equipment in its proper place
Warehouse tasks Assist with shipping and receiving as directed by the Warehouse Manager Receive new equipment into inventory as directed by the Warehouse Manager Maintain all Majic vehicles Drive Majic Vehicles to pick up or drop off equipment, as necessary Provide building maintenance in both the office and warehouse Seasonal landscaping Seasonal snow removal Maintain consumable supplies and inform Warehouse Manager when an order is needed Other duties as assigned
Requirements: Highschool diploma or GED Demonstrate a willingness to learn Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record Safely operate all fleet vehicles necessary for transportation, pickup, and delivery of production equipment Must be comfortable working from heights (ladders and lifts) Able to lift 75lbs routinely Able to work standing for long periods of time (nights, and weekends required) Minimum one year of audio-visual production experience
