Our company is seeking a
Water and Wastewater Senior CAD Designer
to join our team! This senior-level position offers the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks, providing valuable experience and interaction with staff, methods, and organizational practices. Candidates with
highway or roadway designer experience
are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare or assist in the preparation of water and wastewater or general civil engineering documents, details, schedules, or reports as assigned. Apply proven knowledge and proficiency in water and wastewater pipelines and DOT wet utility relocation plans. Maintain proficiency in drafting standards and CADD software. Organize and manage drawing files and project information, aiding in the production of drawings, graphs, charts, exhibits, and other project documents. Build knowledge of available resources (reference materials, government agencies, utility companies, in-house records, etc.). Develop proficiency in CADD equipment and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school preferred. Familiarity with CADD programs such as MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, Civil 3D AutoCAD, and third-party software packages. 15+ years of relevant experience preferred; 10 years required. Experience in
highway or roadway design
is welcomed and considered an asset. Compensation Range: $80,000 - $120,000 We encourage all candidates to apply even if they don’t meet every single qualification.
