Qualifications: 8+ years in site development and design, or 4+ years of project management experience. Experience with various project types, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and projects requiring DSA approval. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in civil engineering. California Professional Engineering (PE) License is required. Proficiency in advanced Civil 3D/AutoCAD design tools (e.g., corridors, pipe networks) is encouraged. Familiarity with engineering software such as HydroCAD, WaterCAD, and AutoTurn. In-depth understanding of civil engineering topics, including hydraulic/hydrology, stormwater quality, geometric layout, geotechnical, and structural analysis. Strong problem-solving, communication, and listening skills. Ethical dedication to professional practice.
