Direct hire opportunity with a custom homebuilder dedicated to creating homes that reflect the unique vision and lifestyle of their clients. This position is 100% onsite in College Station.
This role is critical to ensuring our clients’ selections align with their design preferences and our construction standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in design or fine arts and at least two years of experience in the homebuilding or design industry.
Responsibilities: Guide clients through the selections process, assisting them in choosing finishes, fixtures, and materials that align with their design vision and budget. Collaborate with pre-construction teams to ensure selections are accurately documented and implemented. Maintain and update a comprehensive selections database, including product options, pricing, and availability. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Review construction plans and specifications to ensure consistency with client selections. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and resolving any issues related to selections. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations to provide expert guidance to clients.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in homebuilding, interior design, or selections coordination. Strong knowledge of custom homebuilding processes, materials, and finishes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide clients through the design process. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Benefits & Compensation: $50,000-60,000, based on experience 401k Holiday & Vacation schedule Health insurance
