Executive Assistant to the President

Executive Assistant . This role will provide high-level support to the President, ensuring seamless operations and client-facing excellence, with a focus on project management and strategic communication.
Position Overview: As an Executive Assistant to the President, you will play a crucial role in supporting business objectives by managing client interactions, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring key information flows between departments. Your expertise in client management, coupled with exceptional organizational skills, will ensure the President’s goals are effectively met.
Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for the President’s communications, fostering professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Coordinate and manage the President’s schedule, including meetings, travel, and project timelines. Assist in managing client relationships, providing prompt responses and proactive communication on project and account statuses. Oversee project management tasks for initiatives directly involving the President, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met. Collaborate with internal teams and departments (Sales, Production, Design, etc.) to align project milestones and address any client or operational challenges. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and client interactions. Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, client presentations, and project updates. Utilize project management tools and systems (such as ERP) to track project progress and document changes or updates. Facilitate client and internal communications, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Conduct research and analysis to assist the President in strategic decision-making.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Administration, etc.) with at least 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably with client-facing and project management exposure. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), with a willingness to learn database systems such as ERP. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor suited to executive-level interactions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
