Essential Function:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to lead the strategic integration of our Own Brand category across annual, quarterly, and seasonal marketing campaigns. This role will work closely with Product Development (PD) and the Director of Integrated Marketing to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product launch plans, and brand refresh initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial targets, brand equity, and consumer insights. The Senior Manager will drive innovation, brand storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support long-term growth and multi-category success. This is a hybrid role reporting into our office in Denton TX on Tuesdays and Weds of each work week.

Primary Duties:
Own Brands and Omnichannel Integrated Marketing Responsibilities (50%) Concept and execute integrated marketing plans for Own Brand categories across annual, quarterly, and seasonal campaigns, in partnership with Integrated Marketing Director. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Creative, Merchandising, Marketing Channel Leads, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign integration/execution and brand consistency. Integrate consumer insights into campaign planning, ensuring key barriers and paths to purchase are addressed and that the brand story resonates with target audiences. Own marketing strategy briefing process for creative development in support of omnichannel campaigns; define objectives, strategy, rationale (reasons to believe) and KPIs for all assigned campaigns. Partner with Marketing Operations team to refine and implement process flow between Integrated Marketing, Marketing Channel Leads, Merchandising and Store Operations teams through collaboration and stakeholder alignment; ensure project/department milestones/goals are met while adhering to predetermined timelines. Execute on-time, on budget and seamless roll out of supporting campaign assets to stores in partnership with Store Marketing lead. Effectively articulate and present monthly/annual strategic initiatives to cross functional team leads and Senior Executives. Track and report campaign activations and performance, collecting and synthesizing insights and recommendations from cross functional team leads for future learnings and campaign optimizations. Own Brands Category Marketing Responsibilities (50%)
Partner with Product Development and Integrated Marketing team members to align on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and launch plans for brand refreshes, product categories, and innovation initiatives. Develop and maintain a 3-year brand marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term brand vision and financial growth targets. Ensure new SKUs and product launches align with overall brand strategy and priority marketing initiatives. Partner with PD on the development of brand equity and positioning for Own Brands, collaborating to define brand mission and positioning, product features and benefits, and differentiation. Work with Integrated Marketing team members to integrate Own Brand products and categories into all touchpoints, including field marketing, omnichannel marketing campaigns and digital platforms. Partner with Director of Integrated Marketing on the creation of brand stories and ensure they are consistently represented across marketing channels. Lead the ideation and execution of new brand launches and brand refresh initiatives, partnering with cross functional teams to develop compelling concepts, marketing assets, and product messaging. Serve as the lead Marketing representative at Category Merchandising Go-to-Market kick offs and SBUs, translating all Own Brand business priorities, seasonal campaign promotions and product launches into Go-to-Market strategy integrations. Serve as the main liaison between category brand partners and the internal Sally Beauty functions of Merchandising, omnichannel Marketing channels and E-commerce/Marketplace. Spearhead marketing activation across all marketing channels, including physical retail locations and E-commerce/Marketplace platforms. Be the authority on macro trends within the designated categories, including insights/foresight, competitive analysis and competitive landscape analysis. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
7+ years of experience in brand management or integrated marketing within a consumer goods or retail environment. Strong expertise in brand strategy, consumer insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Proven track record in leading brand innovation and go-to-market strategies, with experience managing marketing campaigns, brand refreshes and product launches. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience with budgeting, ROI tracking, and performance reporting. Competencies/Attributes:

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated. The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
