Product Design Administrative Specialist

Our client is in search of a Product Design Administrative Specialist to join their Global Product Creation team. This role is pivotal in providing administrative and tactical support to the Product Design teams, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the creation of innovative product designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Support product design teams with project tracking and overall timeline management, ensuring milestones are met.
- Data Entry: Drive accurate data entry for cross-functional partner and development needs, such as packaging specifications.
- Approval Processes: Submit product designs for business affairs and legal approvals, tracking edits, changes, and approvals until completion.
- Meeting Coordination: Participate in Cross-Functional Team meetings and development check-ins, taking notes and executing action items.
- File Organization: Upload, share, and organize files for each active season, maintaining an efficient filing system.
- Deck Preparation: Assist in creating presentation decks with product images and details for major line reviews and leader check-ins.
- Sampling Logistics: Support sampling logistics and coordination as needed.
- Document Management: Create and review a variety of documents, including organization lists, tracking forms, and confidential materials.
- General Administrative Support: Provide additional tactical support to the Product Design teams as required.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Word, Google Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Box.
- Familiarity with Mac Keynote, FileMaker Pro, Concur, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- 2+ years of design background experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
- High-level expertise in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $35 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
