Social Media Strategist

This is a hybrid position located in Miami, FL. You must be able to commit to working 3 days onsite.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Strategist to join our coffee client. The ideal candidate will use social listening tools, trend research, and data analytics to inform and optimize our social content strategy and creative briefs. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on international projects, collaborate with global marketing teams, and stay at the forefront of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage online listening tools, daily community learnings, and social analytics reports to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct trend research and prepare well-researched points of view (POVs) on emerging social media and marketing practices, including examples and potential opportunities.
• Develop and deliver ad hoc reports, weekly dashboards, and other analyses as required.
• Support regional and cross-functional marketing teams on key projects and campaigns.
• Analyze and synthesize social media data to deliver compelling presentations and recommendations.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to align strategies and share best practices.
• Stay informed about relevant market trends to ensure strategic alignment within specific regions or areas.

Key Projects:

• Lead efforts in International Social Media Intelligence.
• Support SaaS pilot testing for global markets within social media initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in social media strategy or related fields.
• Proficiency in social media listening platforms (Sprinklr preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Effective communicator with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.
• Comfortable collaborating with international teams and managing cross-cultural communications.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with large global organizations or international companies.
• Expertise with Sprinklr or similar platforms.

Technical Skills:

• Social media listening platforms (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

• No specific degree or certification required; relevant experience is prioritized.

Work Environment:

• Mostly independent work with cross-functional collaboration as needed.
• Exposure to diverse, international markets and stakeholders.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.00- $39.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
