Chief Marketing Officer Job brief: At ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, marketing is about understanding our clients and building awareness about how our services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing director who can lead and represent ONE Sotheby’s brand and our Agent Marketing Team. Our ideal candidate has experience leading, developing and executing real estate marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. Candidate is an exceptional communicator, client-service oriented, creatively driven, solutions-oriented and is a strategic-thinker who also understands detail and flawless execution. Responsibilities ·
Marketing Director –will be responsible for developing and managing agent marketing strategies and ideas for the marketing team to adapt. ·
Lead brand positioning throughout all corporate channels: ONE SIR manager & agent engagement, affiliate relations & ONE essentials. ·
Develop and execute agent marketing plans, programs, timelines and budgets under the direction of the CMO, with the goal agent retention, marketing team retention, or to drive sales results. ·
From strategy and research through to execution, the Director will collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines to bring new ideas, products/services successfully to the agents. ·
Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing teams (Managers, Coordinators). ·
Review and approve all inbound and outbound creative assets for our agents. ·
Team Management: Represent and lead the team to think and act client centric. Stay on top of marketing trends that are new in the space and teach try and adopt when strategy aligns. Create team goals and tracking. ·
Liaise with Managing Brokers to provide marketing support and assist with strategy, and servicing their agents. ·
Organize and drive follow-up action items and implement a process for project management-related communication and updates. Requirements • The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, client-service oriented, creatively driven, solutions-oriented and is a strategic-thinker who also understands detail and flawless execution • They have 7+ years’ experience in high-end luxury residential real estate and / or luxury hospitality • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions • Experience with establishing and managing budgets • Experience in managing and directing strategic partners / agencies / vendors • Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and in-writing • A proven self-starter who can independently lead both strategy and execution, get internal buy-in, and communicate effectively up and down to ensure alignment • Demonstrated ability to take complex projects and efforts from conception to successful execution • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects • Experience working with associates / vendors / customers in remote locations • Strong team player and ability to foster relationships and collaborate across disciplines • Experienced overseeing the design and production of print / digital materials and publications • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills, with ability to toggle between high level, long-term strategies and ground-level, short-term tasks effortlessly • Strong at tactical delivery with a good eye for detail Benefits Job Type: ·
