In store bakery bread represents one of the largest growth spaces for NAF as we expect grow our business by more 10% in the next couple of years. It's an incredibly exciting and pivotal time to work on the bread business as we continue to grow capabilities with our core customers and build out our portfolio to new customer and channels. We are seeking a highly motivated strategic leader to lead the in store bakery bread team and take on the role of Associate Marketing Manager - Bread Platform. In this role, you will lead an amazing cross-functional team of Consumer Insights, Innovation, Technology, Quality (ITQ), Supply Chain, Finance, Channel Marketing and Sales to deliver competitively advantaged product solutions to win in our channel. You will develop strategies, create a robust 12Q flow across innovation, renovation, strategic revenue management, holistic margin management, and capacity on your platforms. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Deliver Topline Growth: Champion long-range vision and strategies, stewarding a robust consumer-first pipeline of innovation, renovation, and growth ideas that sufficiently deliver reported net sales growth. Improve Profitability: Partner with NAF holistic margin management and strategic revenue management teams to build and execute strategies and pipelines that drive value to the PNL. Run the Business: Lead product management review and demand review processes for your platforms and work with cross functional partners to maximize service and minimize waste. Lead Teams: Lead a diverse cross-functional team toward executional excellence against both short- and long-term initiatives. Model an entrepreneurial mindset to unlock creative, bold thinking. Customer First Mentality: Develop strong market and competitive knowledge, understand customer needs and consumer desirability in retail channels. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in related field 5+ years of experience in a related marketing or business role. Ability to work collaboratively, leading, and inspiring high functioning cross-functional teams. Knack for managing multiple complex projects. Cross-boundary effectiveness with ability to influence across and up the organization. Excellent communication skills and bias for action Ability to drive connections across functions, ideas, and processes. Strong analytic ability to translate data into meaningful insights, strategies, and actions. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Business to business marketing experience. Understand P&L mechanics and how to impact topline and bottom-line drivers. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, dynamic environment directly with many functions and sales team members. ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS: Minneapolis, MN (HQ based) - relocation eligible. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $91900.00 - $153300.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
