Role: Content Strategist
About the Role:
Forter is transforming digital commerce by building trust throughout the customer journey. We're looking for a creative content strategist to join our content team and help craft impactful content that resonates with leaders in fraud, payments, and customer experience.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by shaping narratives that define our brand in a competitive market. You'll be part of a fast-moving, high-functioning team where your creativity and storytelling skills will directly contribute to Forter's growth and market positioning. It's a chance to collaborate cross-functionally, bring innovative ideas to life, and inspire our audience through content.
What you will be doing: Develop compelling, on-brand content that highlights Forter's impact through customer stories, case studies, landing pages, customized 1:1 content and more. Work closely with creative, product, digital and ABX teams to create content that resonates with our target audience and clearly communicates Forter's unique value. Adhere to and uphold Forter's style and tone, ensuring consistency across every piece of content. Edit and proofread content supplied by stakeholders to match Forter's voice and quality standards. Drive creative approaches to telling Forter's story, leveraging real customer success stories and use cases to capture attention. What you'll need:
3-5 years of experience writing B2B content. A strong portfolio of writing examples. Established writing skills. You're confident crafting content that's both insightful and engaging, with a fresh, conversational tone. Storytelling expertise. An eye for the elements that make a case study or customer story impactful. Style. Your writing is witty, punchy, and unexpected. Excellent writing and editing skills (obviously). A collaborative approach. You've worked effectively with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams. Enthusiasm about your work and excitement about joining a fast-moving, high-functioning team. Initiative and strong organizational skills; you can handle multiple projects at once while maintaining high standards. Proven project management skills, keeping quality consistent in a dynamic environment. Comfort with data and diligence with source material. It'd be really cool if you also (not a requirement):
Strategic thinking is a plus, but your primary strength should be in writing and content creation. Knowledge of digital commerce, financial services, or fraud prevention is a plus. Experience working with content and project management tools such as WordPress, Asana, and/or Path Factory is a plus. About us:

Salary Range: $63,000 - $78,329 annually + bonus + equity + benefits The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, and skill level.
