Summary
The Event Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of high-quality events and experiences that align with Gainwell's strategic goals. This role involves collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless management of in-person, virtual, and thought leadership events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event strategy, planning, logistics, and marketing, with a focus on delivering value to all stakeholders.
Your role in our mission
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of in-person, virtual, hybrid events and experiences, ensuring seamless delivery and high engagement. Lead the production of webinars, innovation forums, user groups, and advisory boards. Develop a comprehensive calendar with clear timelines and budgets for in-person, virtual, and thought leadership events, as well as identified event initiatives. Lead strategic event planning to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and optimal return on investment Lead cross-functional teams to execute against goals, timelines, and responsibilities. Oversee detailed budgeting and manage event logistics Develop and execute promotional strategies for optimal engagement and return on investment Develop and submit speaking abstracts for conferences and industry events. Lead cross-functional teams Conduct post-event surveys, debrief meetings, and distribute reports to gather feedback and evaluate impact. Analyze performance and ROI to inform future strategies.
What we're looking for
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in event planning and marketing. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Wrike, MediaFly). Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in managing large-scale, complex events. Experience with video production and content creation. Knowledge of budgeting and financial management. Strong analytical skills to evaluate event performance and ROI. What you should expect in this role

The pay range for this position is $82,700.00 - $118,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
