We are looking for an exceptional Senior Mixed Methods Researcher to join our growing team. In this role, you will conduct studies to inform product decisions in Enterprise Automation and LLM Agentic sectors. You will also be responsible for:

Working across Product, Design, and Engineering teams to design, execute, and share both quantitative and qualitative research throughout product development cycles, including market research, foundational research, usability testing, and product feedback analysis. Collaborating closely with product managers and designers to identify and prioritize research opportunities that enhance user experience and lead to substantial business impact. Owning the end-to-end research process, including meeting with stakeholders, defining research questions, scoping projects, selecting methodologies, recruiting participants, conducting research, analyzing insights, and delivering insights. Leverage support from ReOps when needed. Being creative and daring to explore uncharted waters when working on genAI features. Leading and participating in discussions about the Research team's internal processes and how to leverage LLM and Automation to increase productivity. Requirements Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills 6+ years (or 3+ years with a PhD degree) of industrial experience working in user experience research. Expertise in mixed-method research, with strong qualitative research skills and the ability to conduct solid quantitative research. Experience in leveraging data analysis to influence product decisions or complement qualitative studies. Technical background or a strong willingness to gain an in-depth understanding of technical challenges. [Bonus] Medium coding fluency. [Bonus] Familiarity or experience with genAI concepts and recent trends. Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics Must have a growth mindset. Open to learning and adapting within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong project ownership, from planning through execution, throughout the entire product development cycle. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels. Comfortable with cross-time zone collaborations (mainly with Singapore). [Bonus] Experience working on B2B or enterprise-facing products. [Bonus] Experience working in fast-moving startups or mid-size companies. [Bonus] Experience working with very senior stakeholders.

For California applicants, the pay for this role begins at $135,000 (and can go up based on the experience), plus benefits, perks, and equity.
