As the
Presence Specialist
at Bill Good Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping financial advisors succeed by managing their email, social media, and direct mail campaigns. Your work will directly contribute to their ability to reach clients effectively, stay top of mind, and grow their businesses. You’ll act as a bridge between our clients, our service providers, and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring marketing campaigns are executed smoothly, approvals are obtained, and quality standards are upheld. This role is perfect for someone who knows digital and traditional marketing, enjoys juggling multiple tasks, thrives on organization, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service that makes a real impact.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute email, social media, and direct mail campaigns using provided content. Manage timelines and workflows to ensure marketing materials are delivered on schedule. Stay on top of things, be able to predict and handle issues relating to delivery, and truly care about the success and outcomes. Manage onboarding and coordination with key people on the client side to get them up and running quickly. Creative and Light Design Work: Digital competence is important. You’ll be working with various systems and applications to make this magic happen. Make minor adjustments to marketing content or layouts as needed, ensuring branding and quality consistency. Coordinate on, or do website design updates, work with Canva to do social media posts Client and Vendor Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate with vendors, such as mail houses, to onboard new clients and screen providers for quality. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Guide clients through the compliance approval process for their email, social media, and direct mail campaigns. Conduct quality checks to ensure all marketing materials meet standards before execution. Process Optimization: Maintain and refine workflows for managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and thoroughly. This job can be fast paced, but a well organized individual will be able to pick this role up, and run with it. Requirements Qualifications: Experience in traditional and digital marketing, client services, or similar roles. Experience building or maintaining websites, managing google ads, basic html/css is a huge plus. Knowledge of best practices for email marketing, social media, and direct mail campaigns. Basic understanding of audience segmentation and campaign analytics. Familiarity with the concept and application of A/B testing or campaign optimization techniques. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with email marketing, social media platforms, and direct mail processes. Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting purposes. Familiarity with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools. Experience with project management or project management methodologies Ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
