Description We are hiring a Marketing Manager!

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and performance of the distribution channel strategy, aligned to the hotel stay brand, loyalty brand and outlet marketing strategies, in order to achieve low cost book direct revenue, market share growth and brand preference.

The role drives channel performance via the management of social media best practices, consulting on optimized hotel marketing content, and ensures integrated use of new and existing brand tools, platforms and systems. It also is responsible for compliance, management and performance across Websites (WEB), Central Reservation Offices (CRO), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and On Line Travel Agents (OTA) to increase revenue through direct low cost system contribution.

Job Summary

Will be responsible in effectively marketing and managing hotel content in marketing channels in conjunction with the Concord Digital Marketing Strategy outlined by the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing and VP of Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.

Assist with the strategy and plans of the Marketing department.

Travel to hotels as requested by Director of Digital Marketing or VP of Sales & Marketing.

Attend any brand required training as well as other meetings requested by your supervisor.

Some travel will be required; expectation is 10% of the time may result in travel.

Represent Concord Hospitality and its hotels in a professional manner at all times.

Comply with company policies and procedures.

Execute all prescribed tasks for a set of assigned hotels in a timely and effective manner as set forth by the Concord Digital Marketing Team.

Communicate with property personnel and respond in a timely manner to property Digital Marketing requests.

Search Engine Optimization for corporate and hotel properties on approved internet channels. Duties include: keyword analysis, title/meta tag updates, content updates, and monthly reporting.

Property, stand-alone sites, and corporate website reviews and updates. Ensure that websites, content, and collateral align with brand standards and policies.

Hotel package/deals creation and evaluation.

Execute Digital Marketing initiatives as laid forth by the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing.

Communication with vendors.

Coordination of Digital Media and images.

Assistance with Digital Marketing Training and Awareness operations.

Salary Range: $52,655 - $65,819 yearly
