ABOUT THIS ROLE
Orchestra is seeking a Manager of Marketing Communications to plan and execute internal and external campaigns, with a particular focus on employee communications across four main business pillars: culture, innovation, growth and operations. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing at Orchestra.
Location:
This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. Orchestra staff are in-office 3 days per week.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
As the Manager of Marketing Communications, you will... Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including setting objectives, determining target audiences, developing messaging and measuring results Create and distribute content assets such as employee emails, Slack messages, newsletters, blog posts, presentations and growth materials Manage relationships with designers, data analysts and other subject matter experts Repurpose long-form content into short-form content (and vice versa) Collaborate with leaders and teams on timely and relevant marketing communications touchpoints and/or campaigns Direct social media strategy and ensure engagement with our audience across all platforms Maintain brand guidelines across all written and visual materials Essential Skills:
5-7+ years of progressive experience in marketing and/or communications Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Knowledge of CRMs and CSMs Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects Note: Interested in this role but it's not quite the right match? Compensation philosophy:
Orchestra offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.
Salary range
(commensurate with experience and skills): $90,000-$115,000
