Nokia AIMS is a growing startup within the larger Nokia organization, focused on revolutionizing the logistics industry through an innovative hardware-as-a-service solution. AIMS is seeking its first dedicated Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts and drive our brand's awareness as an industry leader. This role is both strategic (marketing strategy development) and tactical (e.g. writing and sending marketing emails, project management). The primary goal of our marketing activities is to build awareness of AIMS, differentiate AIMS from competition and educate potential customers how our solution will make their business better. You will own everything and anything related to marketing.

Our ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, strategic, analytical thinker, with great writing skills, and who has experience in a startup or enterprise technology company.

Please note we are unable to sponsor candidates; you must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship or visa. Preferences will be given to candidates in the NJ/NYC area as we generally work on site, but we will consider remote candidates.

Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to align with AIMS overall business goals and objectives. Product marketing: Translate product features into easy-to-understand use cases/customer value propositions. Email Marketing: Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including content creation, execution, and implementation of tools and processes. Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and track the performance of digital ad campaigns to maximize ROI; adjust strategies based on data insights. Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to build brand presence. Trade Shows: Coordinate trade shows participation, including project management, booth design, marketing and onsite logistics. Website Management: Lead the design, launch, and ongoing updates of the company website, ensuring content is compelling and engaging. Marketing Collateral: Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, webinar materials, and thought leadership content to support lead generation and client engagement. Sales Support: Provide the sales team with relevant marketing assets and insights to enhance client interactions. Agency Management: Collaborate with and manage relationships with external advertising and marketing agencies as needed.

5 to 10 years' experience. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing roles within a venture-backed startup, technology or enterprise software company. Demonstrated ability to build and deploy integrated/multi-channel campaigns. Ability to measure, report, analyze and optimize marketing campaigns. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, email marketing tools, and analytics software (e.g. Hubspot, Mailchimp, Salesforce). Experience in web CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow or Wordpress). Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and events.
