Description
Windermere Signature Properities, the premier real estate brokerage company serving the Greater Sacramento Region, is seeking a talented and highly motivated Agent Marketing Coordinator to join our creative Marketing Team. This is a full time, working Monday-Friday entry level position reporting to the Director of Marketing.
The ideal candidate must be able to educate and assist real estate agents with company technology systems, social media efforts and marketing materials. Candidate must be a quick learner, able to communicate effectively, work independently, have exceptional organizational skills and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include: • Must be able to travel to Branch offices within the greater Sacramento area • Valid CA Driver's License and reliable transportation • Extremely tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and social media platforms • High level customer service in a fast-paced deadline driven environment • Friendly and calm demeanor • Team player

AA degree and/or a combination of education and experience 1-3 years Marketing and/or Project Management experience Knowledge of the real estate business or the real estate industry preferred Previous experience in a marketing/sales administrative support role required Graphic Design experience a plus Canva and Cap Cut software experience preferred
