Associate Video Project Coordinator

Location: Saint Paul, MinnesotaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $30 - 35 per hourWe are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Video Project Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team! In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, scheduling, and managing the production of long and short form videos. This will involve account management - working directly with video requestors to manage timelines and client communications. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of the video project creative process. This is an ongoing opportunity in which candidates must be commutable to Minneapolis/St Paul as you'll be required to come onsite 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
Responsibilities:Own the flow of projects through the Content Marketing Center of Excellence creative time.Understands timelines and dependencies for typical marketing communications projects.Initiates projects by identifying and applying appropriate project schedules in the project management system and assigning jobs based on resource availability.Understanding the requirements of the requested video.Understanding the needs of the video requestor.Planning and coordinating video production with video requestors.Day-to-day tactical point of contact for client and creative team.Monitors schedule changes and makes necessary adjustments.Identifies and rectifies issues that may impact project completion.Coordinates approval process with client and creative team.Leads project kick off meetings, creates and maintains weekly status reports.Ensures files are completely accurate and adhere to proper naming conventions.Acts as the liaison between client and creative team ensuring a positive work environment.Additional Responsibilities:Identifies problems and suggests solutions to improve processes when necessary.Attends and participates in training sessions continually updates personal technical knowledge of Workfront.Routinely interact with client representatives project leads marketing managers writers artists production and technical staff as well as outside agency partners.Skills Required:Detail-oriented and organized high level of professionalism and resilience in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of creative processes for video or motion animation work.Comfortable communicating with all levels of clients up to Directors.Problem solving skills for standard tactical project management activities.Technical proficiency in a department-wide project management system.Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Solid verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.Qualifications:3 years of project coordination experience (or equivalent) required.Degree (4 year) in Marketing Communications, Film, or related field.3-5 years' experience in marketing communications or related field is a plus.JOBID: 1074637#LI-CELLA#LI-DC1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
