ROLE SUMMARY:
The Marketing Generalist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of a variety of marketing activities across digital marketing, content creation, event coordination, and operational efficiency. This role requires a dynamic individual who can think strategically, manage projects, and collaborate across teams to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. You'll be hands-on in managing campaigns, optimizing processes, and ensuring our marketing initiatives are on time, on brand, and impactful.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Digital Marketing Support:
  • Assist in the execution digital campaigns across various platforms, including paid search, social media, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to review campaign performance and provide insights for optimizations aimed at driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Support website updates and maintenance using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) to ensure an optimized user experience.

Social Media:
  • Assist day-to-day implementation of Quanterix's social media presence, including, scheduling, monitoring.
  • Help implement strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness across key social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
  • Track and report on social media performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Content Marketing:
  • Assist in content development, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and infographics, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials, focusing on final-stage design and collaborating with the creative team and external vendors as needed.
  • Ensure all content goes through the necessary approval process and make edits as needed to align with brand standards and compliance requirements.

Event Support:
  • Assist as needed with the planning, organizing, and execution of marketing events (e.g., trade shows, webinars, and conferences), ensuring that all event logistics run smoothly.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding at events.
  • Collect and report event performance metrics and report on event ROI to stakeholders.

Marketing Operations:
  • Support initiatives to streamline marketing processes and improve team efficiency, including implementing marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Salesforce) and refining workflows.
  • Help track key marketing KPIs and generate reports for leadership to provide insights into campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging and strategies across digital, content, and event initiatives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies that align with broader company goals.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Flexibility to shift gears and focus on the fly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to go above and beyond by questioning and improving existing processes respectfully.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 years of experience in a broad marketing role, with a focus on digital, content, and event management.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Outreach, Qualified, Salesforce) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, email platforms).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

EXPECTATIONS, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Previous experience with CMS platforms and basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing both strategy and execution.
