Req Number 144375 Job Description Utilizes sales and marketing skills to manage the design, implementation and analysis of retention and loyalty marketing programs. Collaborates with clinical marketing team, to understand business objectives and translate into actionable and measurable marketing plans directed towards potential patients, with the goal of sustaining preference for organization programs and services and retaining loyal (target) customers. Job Responsibility Ensures alignment of system and business unit goals and priorities in the development and implementation of loyalty and retention strategies / programs. Guides to establish standards, protocols, and best practices for retention and loyalty marketing campaign execution, and ongoing measurement and reporting of results; makes recommendations and implements continuous improvement efforts based on outcomes. Provides assistance in identifying key customers and determining their needs. Assists in identifying and designing marketing messages to meet the needs of key customers. Implements programs/campaigns using marketing automation technologies, web-based digital tactics, and loyalty tactics. Manages day-to-day relationships with outside vendors; directs vendors in development of creative and media strategies and execution as appropriate. Utilizes database analysis and market research to direct marketing efforts. Stays up-to-date on competitive threats, marketing trends and relevant regional and national retention and loyalty marketing programs. Utilizes quantitative and qualitative market information to guide analysis of competitive and industry trends as related to designated business units. Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
