Strategic leadership role responsible for driving the growth, equity, and profitability of a portfolio of Wells' flagship brands - Blue Bunny and Blue Ribbon Classics. This individual will lead brand strategy, innovation, and marketing execution to ensure that each brand resonates with its target audience while contributing to the overall success of the portfolio. This role requires a visionary marketer with a deep understanding of CPG dynamics, consumer behavior, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in managing multiple brands, building high-performing teams, and delivering measurable business impact. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Develop and Oversee Brand Strategies: Craft and implement brand strategies for the portfolio to achieve growth, market share, and profitability goals. Ensure each brand has a distinct positioning that aligns with consumer insights and market trends.

Portfolio Management: Evaluate and prioritize investments across the portfolio to maximize ROI and align with corporate objectives. Balance resources between established brands and emerging or challenger brands within the portfolio.

Brand Equity and Consistency: Champion brand equity by ensuring consistent messaging, voice, and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints. Integrated Marketing and Consumer Engagement

Marketing Campaign Development: Oversee the creation and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and experiential tactics. Partner with creative agencies and internal teams to deliver best-in-class marketing assets.

Consumer Insights and Analytics: Leverage consumer data, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform brand strategies and marketing plans. Track and analyze brand performance metrics to guide decision-making and optimize campaigns.

Innovation and Product Launches: Lead the development and commercialization of new products and line extensions. Collaborate with R&D, operations, and sales to bring innovations to market successfully. Cross-Functional Leadership

Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead a team of brand managers and marketers. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with sales, finance, supply chain, and other departments to align brand strategies with business goals. Serve as a key liaison between marketing and senior leadership, providing updates and insights on brand performance.

P&L Ownership and Financial Stewardship: Own the P&L for the portfolio, managing budgets, forecasts, and performance against financial targets. Identify opportunities to improve margins through pricing strategies, cost efficiencies, or portfolio optimization.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
12+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 5 years leading a team and managing a portfolio of brands. Strong background in CPG, with experience in consumer insights, product innovation, and marketing execution.
