Job Duties and Responsibilities The Boost Mobile Local Marketing team is seeking an ambitious, energetic and results-oriented leader to serve as the Regional Marketing Manager. This is a managerial role, responsible for strategizing & overseeing localized marketing strategies in multiple markets. This individual will be responsible for understanding current performance of Boost Mobile, manage budget and marketing performance of investment and ultimately drive growth via unique localized acquisition and retention strategies. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leadership often. This role is for the NYC, Northern New Jersey, Washington D.C. and Baltimore geographies (and is subject to change). He/She/They will blend innovative marketing strategies to ultimately grow the channel and drive activation goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute local marketing strategies aligned with company goals to drive customer growth. Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising. Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to enhance brand presence and community impact. Conduct research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform strategies. Oversee local marketing budgets and track campaign performance, optimizing ROI and meeting KPIs. Partner with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure messaging consistency and strategic alignment. Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related work experience (or 10 years of sales/sales management experience) 7+ years of experience in a management capacity with direct or indirect retail channel experience MBA a plus Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and community engagement strategies Understanding of local marketing tactics that drive traffic & conversions at a local level Strong understanding of marketing analytics and creating compelling business cases with strong ROI Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strong presentation skills Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset Willing to work with grit and grind mentality Visa sponsorship not available for this role Salary Ranges Compensation: $110,688.00/Year - $158,125.00/Year Benefits We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
