UI/UX Designer

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a UI/UX Designer to support a federal client in Suffolk, VA. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for supporting user experience and design for military gaming tools. These tools support training events, simulations, and planning for events. The UI/UX Designers responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the visual elements and user experience of the Joint Training Tool (JTT). Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure that design decisions align with program goals and requirements. Provide User Interface/UI to create the visual elements that users interact with, such as screens, menus, and widgets. Provide User Experience/UX that oversees all aspects of product development to ensure functionality, usability, and user satisfaction. Gather user requirements. Develop navigation components, flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps. Provide guidance on UX research techniques and testing activities. Perform tests on user interface elements.
