You will lead a dynamic marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with Ensono’s strategic objectives. What You Will Do: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a forward-thinking marketing strategy that aligns with Ensono’s business goals and enhances our market position. Brand Management: Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels to strengthen brand recognition and reputation. Demand Generation: Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives. Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance online presence, engage target audiences, and optimize digital channels. Market Research: Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions. Events Management: Oversee planning and execution of corporate events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engage with key stakeholders, clients, and prospective clients. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, within the IT services or technology sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and demand generation strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Senior Vice President or similar senior marketing leadership experience at a managed service provider Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
