Conversational Designer

Advantage Tech is looking for a Conversational Designer for our remote client.

Skills:

• DTMF and Speech designs using Visio, Figma, etc.
• Ability to talk through design recommendations and impacted businesses.
• Experience reducing the number of dialogue turns and increasing call completions.
• Conduct business and functional workshops to identify opportunities.
• Nice to have experience with developing and executing manual and automated test plans.

• Conceptual Conversation Flow Design & Error Recovery
• Journey Mapping
• Multi-Modality Design
• Effective Prompt Writing
• Data Analysis and Optimization
• Requirements Gathering and Use Case Definition

Technical Knowledge -

• NLU and NLP Familiarity
• NLU Design Tools: e.g., Figma (preferred), or Visio
• LLM Tuning Familiarity
• VXML Grammar Familiarity
• Usability Testing
