Description The Central Paid Media team leads paid media strategy and operations on behalf of the AWS Marketing org. This includes agency and vendor management, process and policy development, performance governance and campaign prioritization. This is a highly visible role with a heavy emphasis on relationship management with various internal AWS stakeholders. Key job responsibilities In this role, you will closely collaborate with our digital media agency to drive operational improvement of the work process between various AWS teams and the agency. You will aggregate the needs from AWS internal teams and prioritize them strategically with Marketing Leadership. You will learn about and interact with a wide variety of AWS marketing teams globally, giving you unique insights into the goals of various teams across the company. This role offers a high level of exposure across all job levels, with the ability to positivity impact the business of a variety of teams across and report to the Head of Central Paid Media at AWS. Key Job Qualifications Our successful candidate has a high attention to detail and a proven track record of exceptional project management in a highly complex organization. A deep understanding and experience of paid media landscape, trends and ad tech platforms is essential. Experience with executive communications. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the digital media agency in strategic direction, flawless execution, campaign process and staffing • Build and manage mechanisms to inspect and optimize AWS Marketing’s paid digital media investments, operational excellence and campaign prioritization • Provide operational support to AWS internal teams for campaign execution and management • Monitor and manage the agency’s progress and continually improve campaign launch procedures • Collaborate with the Paid Media Product team to ensure inclusion of new paid media tools and infrastructure into agency practices About the team About AWS Diverse Experiences AWS values diverse experiences. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
