We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team and contribute to various aspects of our Social Media Marketing team. The successful candidate will assist with a multitude of tasks pertaining to a company rebrand—including updating digital asset repositories on SharePoint, file auditing and organization, refreshing assets (including but not limited to flyers, social media templates, documents, etc.) with new logo and visual ID brand requirements, and more. Additionally, the intern will collaborate with the team and assist with the social media content creation and management processes.This internship offers a unique opportunity for making a big impact by contributing to our small in-house marketing team while gaining exposure to various departments, team members, projects, and company-wide initiatives. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the processes and rollout execution of our upcoming rebrand, along with gaining valuable insights and working knowledge pertaining to being part of an in-house marketing team who supports a large financial services and homebuilding organization. Overview of Responsibilities: Audit and take inventory of various marketing assets and assess optimal file organization and naming convention protocols Document and manage via spreadsheet assets needing updated (including what needs to be updated, prioritization level, who will be impacted, collateral owner, etc.) Make updates to various asset types, such as Word documents, PowerPoint templates, InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop files, Canva files, etc. Assist with ideating and creating social media content, including blog articles, videos/reels, and graphics Pull reports and make recommendations based on social media performance Participate in social media review sessions, weekly team stand-ups, and other applicable meetings Assist with social media scheduling, post and location listing management, and responding to customer reviews within our online tool, Birdeye Required Education/Experience Our various PFS Internships are ideal for candidates pursuing a number of degrees including Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Communication, Human Resources, Pre-law, or similar degree Pursuing a B.S. or B.A degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or Graphic Design preferred High School diploma GED, or equivalent education required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have authorization to work in the United States. Our various PFS Internships are ideal for candidates pursuing a number of degrees including Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Communication, Human Resources, Pre-law, or similar degree. Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at the time of application or must have graduated the semester immediately preceding the start of the internship. Minimum of junior status preferred. Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 at time of application or graduation preferred Required Knowledge/Skillsets Curious and coachable, personable, patient, action-oriented, and accountable. Motivated and enthusiastic about delivering great work and achieving goals. Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels. Strong tech-savvy competency; experience with Excel and Microsoft Teams specifically. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for accuracy in both project work and daily tasks. Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the capability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Adaptable and self-motivated, demonstrating agility to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Bias for action, with a proactive approach and a desire to make a meaningful impact alongside teammates. Strong interest in the homebuilding, real estate, and/or construction industry as a preferred career field. Added plus are students who are involved in extracurricular activities outside of their curriculum responsibilities (i.e., student organizations, leadership roles, student athletes, NAHB student competition, etc.). 2025 Summer Internship Blueprint: In your 2025 internship role you will work alongside our experienced professionals and mirror that team’s schedule and flexibility models. Application Dates: November 1st, 2024 – March 14th, 2025 Internship Dates: May 19th, 2025 – August 8th, 2025 (12 weeks) *Schedule may be adjusted based on individual student need. 40 hours per week; schedule depends on the internship position and its requirements. Compensation: Pay $22/hour Benefits: Temporary employees are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Plan. Format: Exact schedule will vary based on intern position and team; interns will mirror the schedule/format of their designated team. Each intern will have the opportunity to shadow various functions that go into the homebuilding and lending processes. Internships may include a capstone presentation or final project.
