Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities Oversee, develop, design and deploy multimedia collateral and/or traditional print, including but not limited to ecommerce website graphics and banner ads, email marketing campaigns, custom website landing pages, storefront signage, flyers, blog posts, and other marketing material. Develop a variety of digital marketing materials consistent with the style and brand guidelines of several distinct ecommerce stores, as well as our brand partners whose merchandise we advertise. Responsible for the creative direction of the organization's multimedia and print collateral; work collaboratively with other departments to define and communicate the creative direction of the organization. Illustrate concept by designing rough layout through sketches or wireframing, and presents for approval. Support a culture of collaboration, lead by example and maintain a positive and productive work environment. Stay current with design techniques and best practices, as well as emerging and popular marketing technologies. Stay apprised of the company catalog to set the creative direction on product/SKU listing projects. Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget. Participate in job-related training and continuing education. Protect and maintain confidentiality of company trade secrets and other confidential and proprietary information including, without limitation, operations methods, inventory systems, customer information, and product and sales data. Collaborate and communicate respectfully and effectively with other team members. Support a culture of collaboration and maintain a positive work environment. Complete projects and assignments on time. Maintains punctuality and regular and reliable attendance. Other related duties as assigned. Job Qualifications 2 years of previous graphic design experience. Demonstrable design skills with a strong online accessible portfolio. Strong proficiency of Adobe Creative Cloud Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver). Basic understanding of front end design and layout technologies, including HTML, CSS, JQuery, and Bootstrap, is highly preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred. Working understanding of email marketing services such as Mailchimp is preferred. Demonstrates versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality. Strong communication skills and multitasking ability. Professionalism regarding time management and deadlines. Compensation: Starting at $55,000 per year or depending on experience.
