This position is responsible for leading all aspects of the Sales & Marketing department, developing, and driving strategic sales and marketing activity to maximise revenue potential and optimise business across all market segments to ensure budgeted expectations are met.
- Develop sales and marketing strategy to achieve annual performance targets.
- Drive sales for leisure and MICE markets.
- Build and develop relationships with industry partners, clients, and tourism organisations.
- Engage and develop a dynamic and professional team to deliver results.
- Minimum of 6 years experience and track record in sales management.
- Knowledge about the local market.
- Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower team members to achieve objectives with a team approach.
- Financial management skill.
- Strategic planning skills are an asset.
