As the Studio Operations Manager for the Code and Theory 'Engine' creative studios, you will be the central orchestrator of all project activities, ensuring that workflows are efficient and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your role is crucial in developing a systematic approach to project management that accommodates the studio's diverse content production needs. You will work closely with creative teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. The Studio Operations Manager will report directly to the Head of Studio.
You will leverage your expertise in both project management and content production to create an environment where creativity and efficiency thrive. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will enable the studio to operate like a well-oiled machine, allowing our creative talents to focus on what they do best-delivering exceptional content. Your knowledge of the team will be intimate and build an ability to place and resource accordingly for the needs of the project and brand specifics.

This is a full-time role, based in the United States. The target range of base compensation for this role is $100-$130k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience and location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the initial intake process for new projects, evaluating project scope, requirements, and timelines.
- Facilitate initial client meetings to gather project details and expectations.
- Create and implement standardized workflows using project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Trello, Asana).
- Ensure all project phases are tracked and milestones are met, adjusting timelines as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Tech Operations Lead, design teams, and other stakeholders to ensure all project components are aligned.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.:
- Monitor resource availability and allocate team members to projects based on skillsets and workload.
- Anticipate potential bottlenecks and proactively address them.
- Work closely with the Quality Control Manager to ensure all deliverables meet studio standards before client submission.
- Conduct regular status updates and review meetings with the team.
- Provide clients with regular project updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project performance reports to leadership and clients.:
- Conduct comprehensive post-project reviews to evaluate performance and gather insights for future improvements.
- Document lessons learned and best practices to refine workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Experience in project management in advertising, marketing, or content production environments.
- Familiarity with content production processes and automation tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze project data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
