We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Channel Marketing Specialist to support our expanding channel marketing team. As we scale our channel initiatives, this role will be critical in executing marketing strategies, managing partner programs, and driving the success of our channel efforts. Reporting to the Channel Marketing Manager, the Channel Marketing Specialist will assist in plan execution, partner enablement, and program management to ensure smooth operations and impactful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities- Support Partner Marketing Strategy Execution: Assist the Channel Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans tailored for channel partners. Manage day-to-day activities to support strategy execution, ensuring alignment with team goals.
- Partner Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and distribute sales enablement materials. Ensure channel partners have the tools and resources to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
- Back-Office Management: Oversee administrative functions for partner-facing tools and platforms, ensuring a smooth user experience. Support troubleshooting and optimization of portal functionalities and content used by partners.
- Partner Web Content: Maintain and update partner-facing websites, including the PartnerOne and Technology Service Distributor (TSD) portals. Ensure web content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for partner engagement.
- Partner Onboarding Communications: Create and manage communications to onboard new partners effectively. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner activation and alignment. Organize and run the Partner Advisory Board quarterly meetings.
- Partner MDF Program Management: Administer the Marketing Development Fund (MDF) program, including fund allocation, application reviews, and partner communication. Track program performance and provide regular reporting on MDF utilization and outcomes.
Key Deliverables:
- Co-brandable collateral and campaign materials for partner use
- Monthly and quarterly partner newsletters and updates
- Partner onboarding kits and communication plans
- Updated and optimized content for partner portals and websites
- Sales enablement resources, including training materials and promotional tools
- Event support materials and follow-up campaigns for partner-focused trade shows and networking events
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector
- Familiarity with channel partner ecosystem. Knowledge of partner portal management and partner enablement strategies
- Understanding of basic telecom products
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, concise messaging
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Highspot, Hubspot, Microsoft Office, Monday.com or similar applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and performance tracking
- Proactive, energetic and solution-oriented with a strong focus on execution

Salary
Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $61,486 - $93,189
