Your missions : Senior Brand Manager, Dermatology, CEVA US Holdings, Inc., Lenexa, KS. May telecommute and report electronically to HQ office (8735 Rosehill Road, Lenexa, KS 66215) and must work at HQ office 1 week per month to work in office and spend time in the field working with sales representatives, customers and partners. Develop and execute strategic, creative, sales-generating brand marketing plans for Dermatology products in the Ceva Companion Animal segment. Oversee marketing, branding, advertising and promotional activities, and maintain forecasts for dermatology products. Focus on delivering expected financial targets for products in the assigned portfolio, adhering strictly to expense guidelines, while developing robust marketing plans. Lead marketing and promotional campaign strategic planning and development to communicate dermatology product value propositions to U.S. multi-cultural audiences. Educate internal & external customers, build brand awareness (via advertising, conference activities, KOL events, media tours/events) while complying with regulatory & legal standards. Help grow the U.S. Companion Animal business. Supervise annual marketing plans (objectives, strategies, priorities, budget & volume allocation). Oversee sales objectives and lead marketing and selling tool development to deliver clear brand messages. Direct sales team on tools' best use. Maintain production and expense forecasts for product SKUs. Learn and use forecasting tools and submit updates per scheduled timelines. Develop customer promo offers to drive trial and reorders (incentives, rebates, loyalty programs, sampling). Maintain close connections to Ceva Sales & Strategic Accounts teams. Provide frequent business updates, be responsive, and have a deep understanding of the marketplace and its challenges. Build connections across global and NA Ceva Companion Animal org and with Key Opinion Leaders that impact growth and market leadership opportunities. Work with Companion Animal Franchise team to develop line extensions, product positioning, and create local U.S. execution plans. Provide support to commercial team in Canada. Analyze market research and results, strive to understand successes and challenges and formulate appropriate actions to respond to opportunities. Monitor trends within category and develop plans to capitalize on market trends and respond to competitive threats. Manage relationship with all outside marketing support vendors including agencies, market research firms, promotion companies and fulfillment centers. Align and propose innovation pipeline with global team based on US market analysis. Lead, work on or facilitate global teams as needed for product launches, reformulations and as needed for special projects. Supervise at least one (1) Associate Brand Manager. Work M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm and overtime and occasional weekends as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or foreign equivalent. Requires ten (10) years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, and sales to include ten (10) years: developing and executing marketing strategy and plans; seven (7) years: Global marketing experience; five (5) years: leading teams and people management; medical/healthcare marketing; multi-cultural marketing; strategic planning; project management; consumer research; financial analysis; product development (innovation); one (1) year: animal health experience in canine and feline dermatology.
