What we are looking for: We are looking for a for a results-driven marketer with a growth mindset to join our marketing team as Field Marketing Manager, North America (NA).
In this role you'll be responsible for developing strategy and tactics that deliver the quantity and quality of opportunities to support revenue attainment in this critical region. As a key member of both the NA and extended marketing team, you'll ensure that our marketing efforts are efficient and continuously optimized to deliver the best results for the business. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute field marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive demand generation in lockstep with regional sales leadership. Analyze local market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform regional marketing plans. Define the Field Marketing strategy and calendar for the NA region. Plan and manage regional marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, executive experiences, and regional account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, in collaboration with the extended marketing team. Optimize marketing campaigns based on performance data to ensure high ROI and continuous improvement. Ensure consistency in inriver's enterprise messaging, positioning, and branding across all regional activities. Lead the research, planning and execution of trade shows and conferences to generate leads and build relationships with key prospects. Oversee event logistics, from budgeting and vendor management to post-event analysis and follow-up. Collaborate with the Partner and Alliances organization on strategic sponsorships and go-to-market execution plans at partner events. Analyze the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and report regularly on progress against company and campaign goals. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize regional marketing strategies. Qualifications:
You possess 2-4 years of hands-on field marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS. You'll have experience of working with marketing automation tools. You have proven success in managing field marketing programs and relationships with enterprise sales organizations. You possess strong project management, time management, and execution skills. You embody strong organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate the needs of the market. You have the ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude. You're skilled at managing a budget, optimizing investments, and reporting on results to stakeholders. You possess a strong desire to execute, drive impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small. You have exceptional communication skills and are comfortable working in remote/hybrid organizations.
