Job Overview:
The Director of Marketing at GBC Food Services, LLC will spearhead the vision, development, and execution of strategic marketing plans to enhance GBC as a brand and to maximize sales across our emerging portfolio of brands. This position involves a mix of visionary, analytical, and leadership responsibilities, ensuring the alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals across various retailers and portfolios of business. This is a highly collaborative position, requiring consistent communication with company Executives R&D and Operations Departments.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Oversee the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and promotion strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities and drive sales in the food services retail environment. Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals. Create and execute detailed marketing strategies across various platforms. Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching new product lines with in-store assets, brand websites, and social media. Create reports illustrating effectiveness of campaigns. Monitor progress and submit performance reports. Analyze market trends and competitors' methods using syndicated data and adjust strategies as needed. Ensure brand consistency in all advertising efforts. Allocate resources and manage budgets to maximize ROI. Partners with business development to create story telling sales presentations that highlight the best of GBC Food Services capabilities Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis methods. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools. Strong presentation skills are a plus. Experience in photography is preferred. Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager 5+ years Experience in the retail food, CPG, or grocery sector Physical Requirements:
Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary. Capability to handle the stress of meeting tight deadlines and changing priorities. Ability to travel domestically with varying notice and periods of time. Work Environment:
Office setting with frequent meetings and collaborative projects. May require travel to branch locations, events, or conferences. This is not a hybrid position.
