Position Overview
AccuLynx is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate leads and drive sales.
You will work with the Marketing team to develop, deliver, monitor, and report on marketing activities, contributing to a wide range of functions, including but not limited to communications, advertising, digital marketing, events/tradeshows, and social media.
The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many different projects at once and meet tight deadlines. This position will be based in our downtown Chicago office.
What You Will Do:
Support the planning, execution, and tracking of all marketing initiatives including lead generation, new product launches, partnerships and customer retention Coordinate projects and campaigns, planning timelines with key milestones and deliverables, and communicating objectives across marketing and sales Conduct research for campaigns, competitive analysis, market trends, customer behavior, content creation and database-building Ensure quality of campaign assets is maintained at every level Help develop and manage marketing assets and sales collateral, ensuring resources are current and accurate; coordinate the creation of new materials as needed Prepare reports to track campaign performance across multiple marketing channels Help plan and coordinate logistics for marketing events, including conferences, trade-shows, speaking engagements, and webinars Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data Be eager to learn and take on new responsibilities or tasks as assigned Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English or related field Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, or social media marketing Ability to work independently Strong project management skills; ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and follow direction Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills High attention to detail with exceptional grammar/spelling Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or familiarity with marketing automation or email software a plus Why We Love AccuLynx
