Create and manage digital and print campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Collaborate with property managers and regional teams to support local marketing initiatives. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results. Manage content creation for websites, social media platforms, and marketing materials. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in property management or real estate. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
