SUMMARY
JMI Sports is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and support the visual storytelling needs across our portfolio. This entry-level role is ideal for a creative individual with a passion for sports marketing and design, offering an opportunity to develop compelling visual materials that drive brand awareness, contribute to revenue growth, and support the company's broad sports-related business pursuits. The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate with the creative team, sales leadership, and members of the executive team to produce digital and print materials that align with JMI Sports' brand standards and enhance our position in the marketplace. This role requires strong creative skills, a high attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in creating visually engaging materials across various media, including print collateral, digital assets, social media content, and presentations
- Support the development and maintenance of the company's visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials
- Collaborate on the creation of marketing assets for sponsorship pitches, property branding, and internal/external communications
- Participate in developing sales decks, templates, and presentations that reflect JMI Sports' brand and meet meticulous standards
- Aid in the execution of content for company-owned marketing channels, including social media and website graphics, in coordination with the creative team, sales leadership, and members of the executive team
- Perform quality control on materials, ensuring adherence to brand tone, accuracy in content, and consistency in design
- Coordinate with the creative and leadership teams to support unique proposals for new clients and inventory, ensuring cohesive visual presentation of content provided by company executives
- Maintain and organize design files, assets, and templates for efficient project access and continuity
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or relevant internship experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office. Additional programs is a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating foundational skills in graphic design, with examples of visual storytelling, typography, digital/print design, and presentations
- Passion for sports marketing, design, and brand storytelling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn, take constructive feedback, and adapt in a collaborative environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in visual design and proofreading
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels is a plus
