Loloi Rugs is seeking a Lead Studio Photographer/Retoucher to join our passionate, talented, and diverse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images for product pages and other marketing assets and will have experience in the home goods space. The Lead Studio Photographer will focus on setting and maintaining studio photography standards for the team and delivering product photography for our array of brands and collaborations. Attention to detail and technical proficiency are key to success.
This role is full-time in-studio at our Dallas, TX headquarters.

Responsibilities:
- Capture in-studio product photography; maintaining a high quality standard and ensuring images adhere to Loloi’s brand guidelines.
- Develop/revise, implement, and maintain technical guidelines and standards to ensure efficiency and consistency across all assets. This includes but is not limited to lighting set-ups, composition, image quality and crops.
- Work closely with the photography team to lead them in adhering to and following through on guidelines.
- Retouch product images and ensure proper product color · Organize and manage files as part of the studio/retouching workflow.
- Adhere to deadlines and maintain Airtable and Basecamp trackers.
Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements
- Proven technical expertise of lighting, cameras, tethering, and best file management practices
- Stong knowledge of Capture One and Photoshop
- Stong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain visual consistency and align with brand guidelines.
- A critical thinker who can easily adapt and effectively problem solve
- A perfectionist eye for detail and color accuracy
- Works well independently, given specific instruction/direction
- Team player with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stand on your feet for long hours Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a commercial photography studio or agency
- Previous experience in home goods/decor
- A bachelor's degree in visual communication or a BFA in Photography a plus
