- Creative thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the design process, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Stellar communication skills and fluency in pitching creative concepts confidently to a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Curious nature continuously exploring and evaluating the frameworks and techniques being shared in innovation, design and product ecosystems, ensuring our work remains cutting-edge and relevant.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Illustrator.
- Bonus: Proficiency in a complementary technical skill, including but not limited to coding, animation, data visualization, or other technical skills that enhance your creative work.
Desired Experience
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Senior Designer, Interaction Designer, Design Engineer, Creative Technologist, Creative Director, or equivalent role.
- Proven ability to work in environments characterized by rapid change, ambiguity, and high expectations. E.g., Consulting Agencies focused on Innovation Strategy, Founding Designers of venture-backed companies, Innovation departments from market leaders.
- Track record of successfully launching bold creative initiatives, and a portfolio showcasing both the work done and the processes followed.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Bonus: Notable achievements such as industry awards (e.g., Red Dot, Awwwards) or published research papers.
